Gentle, Needle-Free Allergy Relief at Home

Sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT), or allergy drops, is less studied and is not covered by insurance. SLIT, however, is easy to administer and rarely has side effects.

We often recommend SLIT for kids or needle-phobic adults.

Health coaching is a supportive, collaborative partnership that helps you make meaningful, lasting changes in your health and well-being. A health coach listens to your goals, values, and challenges, guides you on your wellness journey from where you are to where you want to go, and is with you every step of the way. Coaching helps you take achievable steps toward improved health in body, mind, and spirit.

Health coaches do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Instead, they complement your medical care by helping you implement care plans, build healthy habits, overcome challenges, and stay accountable to your health and life goals.

Anyone looking to improve their health, nutrition, or lifestyle can benefit. Coaching is especially helpful for individuals managing chronic conditions, navigating life transitions, preparing for healthy aging, or seeking support for pregnancy, hormonal balance, or metabolic health.

Sessions are personalized and paced to your lifestyle. Your coach will work with you to create achievable steps, track progress, troubleshoot challenges, and celebrate successes. The first two in-person sessions are an hour long. Follow-up sessions last half an hour and can be in person or virtual.

The initial coaching series includes 6 sessions. The first two are scheduled 1 week apart and the remaining 4 every other week. Additional sessions can be added on for as long as you feel you need them. There is no limit to the number of sessions.

During your first session, your coach will learn about your goals, health history, and priorities and together you will create a sustainable plan that aligns with your values and goals.
